Rates and Policies 

• Check in time is 2:00 p.m.
• Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• $195.00 per night (1 or 2 guests). $30.00 charge per person, per day above double occupancy. (Maximum occupancy 4, which includes children).

Early check-in is negotiable if house is available.

Reservations & Payment Method:

Payment in full must be received by the Star House within 5 days of booking in order to confirm reservation. Please mail checks to:

Upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Because we are such a small operation, bank checks are the best way of payment and will help keep our rental fees at the lowest possible amount. We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends. Friday - Saturday & Saturday - Sunday. Negotiable if adjacent night is not already booked by other guest. One night stay during week.

Cancellation:

Payments will be refunded when cancellation notice is received at least 12 days prior to reservation date. A $25.00 rebooking fee will be charged for refund transactions. Cancellations received 11 days or less prior to reservation date, no refund will be made unless we are able to rebook the STAR HOUSE, in which case, a full refund will be issued. Your consideration is requested as this allows other guests to make reservations for the same night(s) stay and you will receive a full refund if the unit is rebooked.

Smoking:

Smoking is permitted on patio and porches only. No smoking is allowed inside the STAR HOUSE or in any other location on property. Please use ashtrays provided.

Hot Tub:

Products such as bath oils or massage oils damage the pump in the hot tub and should not be used. Your consideration is appreciated as this will ensure continuous use of the hot tub for other visitors. NO GLASS CONTAINERS IN OR NEAR HOT TUB.
