Check-in time is between 2:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
The Star House maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Children age 3 and older are counted as guests.
We welcome children ages 0 to 2 years at no charge.
Our Vintage Airstream's maximum occupancy is 3 adults age 18 and older.
RATES
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation for the Star House or for Stella, our Vintage Airstream, call us within 7 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation with no charge.
If cancellations are received 6 days or less prior to your arrival date, no refund will be made unless we are able to rebook the room, in which case, a full refund will be issued.
Your consideration is requested as we are a small property and this allows other guests to make reservations for the same night(s) stay and if we can rebook that night, you will get a refund.
POLICIES
Reservations & Payment Method:
When reserving on our website, we take Credit cards, Venmo, checks, and cash for payment. Charge card Information is taken upon booking as confirmation and will be charged upon your arrival. When booking on the Airbnb link, payments are taken directly by Airbnb.
Minimum Nights:
Star House has a minimum two-night consecutive stay. Negotiable if adjacent night is not already booked by other guest. Please call. Stella has a one-night stay minimum stay.
Smoking:
Smoking is permitted on patio and porches only. No smoking is allowed inside the STAR HOUSE or Vintage Airstream or in any other location on property. Please use ashtrays provided on porches. A $250.00 damage fee will be assessed if signs of smoking are detected within.
Pets:
We welcome one well behaved pet with a $60.00 charge if staying within the Star House and NO pets allowed in Stella Airstream because of her vintage condition. Please include pet on the reservation. Pet must be kept on a leash when outdoors. We have other animals on the property (fox, deer, etc) and more importantly, this IS the TX Hill Country and you never know what animal or plant they might come in contact with. We take no responsibility for any injuries to your pet when on the property. Please pick up all dog waste. If excess shedding occurs, an extra cleaning fee will be requested. Guests take full responsibility for pet and agree to pay for any damages or extra cleaning charges.
Children:
STAR HOUSE: We welcome babies 0 to 2 year old at no charge. Children 3 years and older are counted as guests.
AIRSTREAM: Our Vintage Airstream is for adults 18 years and up. Sorry, but no children allowed as we strive to keep the airstream in its original, vintage condition.
